Candidate Sourcing

Job Posting
If required- A job description is created outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for the position. This is then posted on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
Screening and Shortlisting
Resumes and applications are reviewed to select candidates who meet the job requirements. Phone screenings or initial interviews may be conducted to further assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
Onboarding
Once the candidate shows interest in registering for the position, the onboarding process begins, where they complete paperwork, receive training, and they may be tested in their clerical abilities.
Interviews
Selected candidates are invited for in-person or remote interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, HR, and possibly other team members.
Reference and Background Checks
References provided by candidates are checked, and background screenings are conducted to verify information and ensure the candidate's credibility.
Offer and Negotiation
The top candidate is presented with a job offer, including details on compensation and other terms.
