Workforce Inc. offers and administers custom testing solutions for your internal employees or candidates in consideration.  We would gladly host the candidates/employees in our controlled and monitored testing area within our facility OR could administer the testing remotely from a web connection location of your choice.
 
Workforce Inc. uses the SHL- Talent Central testing program to administer hard skill testing. The online platform allows for testing in any program specific to what you have listed in the job description to be key deliverable skills required.
 
Results will be provided in detail and we would be happy to assist in deciphering the content as it pertains to baseline in industry or within your sample group.
 
A firm results page lets us & you, the client, see each individual question from the test itself and how specifically it was answered. The candidate can be measured by the average or mean score on the test as participated with the testing, however, we maintain each candidate’s score that allows a real comparison with each individual candidate controlled in our field.
