Identification of Need

Our recruitment process begins with identifying the need to fill your role. This could be due to growth, turnover, or other reasons. A phone call/ meeting will be scheduled, and we may request a job description at that time.

Candidate Sourcing

We will actively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events & job fairs.

Job Posting

If required- A job description is created outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for the position. This is then posted on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.

Screening and Shortlisting

Resumes and applications are reviewed to select candidates who meet the job requirements. Phone screenings or initial interviews may be conducted to further assess candidates' qualifications and fit.

Onboarding

Once the candidate shows interest in registering for the position, the onboarding process begins, where they complete paperwork, receive training, and they may be tested in their clerical abilities.

Interviews

Selected candidates are invited for in-person or remote interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, HR, and possibly other team members.

Reference and Background Checks
