Our Story
Workforce Inc. (www.peopleatwork.ca) is a privately owned labor management company founded in 2010. We maintain operations throughout Ontario, with our headquarters located in Sudbury. Additionally, we have established presence in Timmins, Thunder Bay, Sault Ste. Marie, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
In addition to our Ontario operations, Workforce Inc. oversees partner organizations: HR Project Partners Inc. in St. John’s, NL (www.hrproject.ca), and Crag Energy Services LLC in Houston, Texas (www.cragenergyservices.com).
We’re a recognized, reputable and well networked firm with the keen ability to understand the recruitment challenges during unprecedented talent shortages.
With the aim of embodying the highest moral and ethical standards, we ensure our recruiters receive accreditations most in line with their professional role, being either the Certified Personnel Consultant via ACSESS or a Registered Professional Recruiter via the Institute of Professional Management, training recruiters to ethically source candidates while abiding by all applicable laws and regulations.
